What These Sites Need

An office floor needs a nightly pattern that fits building access rules and a document that says what each area gets, how often. Where that document does not exist, disagreements become opinion rather than fact.

How We Set It Up

We scope the floor by area and task, then staff it with a consistent supervised crew. Nightly work covers desks, kitchens, amenities and waste; weekly work adds internal glazing and detail dusting; periodic work is booked into the calendar so nothing is treated as an unexpected extra.

What You Receive

You get the scope in writing, the same supervised team each visit, documented cover for absences, and a fixed itemised quote. Insurance certificate of currency is supplied on request and the agreement is month-to-month.

Logistics sites need cleaning scheduled against operating hours and a plan for machine sweeping that never puts an operator in a forklift path. Amenities standards drive most of the complaints.

How We Set It Up

We produce a SWMS, agree traffic-management timing with your supervisor, and schedule sweeping when aisles are clear. Amenities and lunchrooms are serviced every attendance; racking aisles, dock aprons and external hardstand run to a published cycle.

What You Receive

Handover includes the SWMS, the traffic-management timing agreement, the frequency schedule and a fixed itemised quote. Month-to-month terms apply, ending on 30 days notice.

Healthcare cleaning has to prevent cross-contamination between waiting areas and clinical zones, use appropriate listed products, and leave behind evidence that each area was completed.

How We Set It Up

Staff are inducted into healthcare protocols before attending alone. Zone-specific colour-coded equipment, TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectant on clinical surfaces, and a signed per-zone checklist are standard on every visit.

What You Receive

You hold the written schedule, the product and dilution documentation, the signed checklists, and a fixed itemised quote. Insurance certificate is available on request.
